BSST sifting machine consists of a sieve, a discharge tray, a vibrator, a base, and the like. Four freely rotatable casters are mounted under the base to make the machine move flexible and convenient. It is beautiful in appearance and high in production efficiency. The product is made of stainless steel and is mainly used for sieving of various materials such as food, chemical, pharmaceutical, etc.
Working method:
The round vibrating screen is drived by vibration force making by its center mass. Vibration is accomplished by eccentric weights on the upper and lower ends of the vertical vibration motor shaft.Rotation of the top weight creates vibration in the horizontal plane, which causes material to move across the screen cloth to the periphery. The lower weight acts to tilt the machine, causing vibration in the vertical and tangential planes. The angle of lead given the lower weight with relation to the upper weight provides variable control of the spiral screening pattern.Speed and spiral pattern of material travel over the screen cloth can be set by the operator for maximum throughput and screening efficiency of any screenable product.
Main features:
1. As the screen vibrates in multiplane hence the holes of the screen remain clear. Additional and blinding system is provided for difficult to screen and wet materials.
2. Due to vibrations in the vertical plane, blinding of screen is minimized. However, for certain materials which have inherent blinding, sticking property and special accessories can be used to eliminate this problem.
3. The design enables to utilize the vibratory force generated by the motor to the optimum and very few moving parts reduce the maintenance to minimum.
4. As many as five screens could be mounted on one separator achieving six sizes materials to get.
5. This separator achieves greater production, separation per unit of screening area as compared with any other screening method or device.
6. Because of the little input mouth,The whole operation is very clean and pollution free.
